Recipe method

Cook the pasta according to pack instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a medium pan, add the onions and frankfurters and cook until golden brown. Add the cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Toss in the frankfurter mix along with plenty of fresh herbs.

Serve with a fresh green salad.
