Recipe method

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and brown the frankfurters and onion for 4-6 minutes over a medium heat. Add the tomato and fry for a further minute.

Add the paprika, baked beans and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until bubbling and serve with the vegetables and potato.

Tip
For a ‘grown ups’ version of this try adding some Tabasco sauce or hot chilli powder to the mix for a bit of a kick! You could also try a curry version of this – add 1tbsp curry paste or a good pinch of ground coriander and cumin.
