Recipe method

Preheat the oven to about 220°C, 425°F Gas Mark 7.
Place a 12 hole muffin tin into the oven with half a teaspoon of oil in each dip. Place the tray in the oven to preheat while you make the batter.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl then add the flour and a splash of the milk. Beat with a whisk until combined. Gradually add the remaining milk little by little until you have a smooth batter.

Remove the tin from the oven and place one frankfurter in each muffin hole. Pour the batter in over the Frankfurters. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Served with mashed potato, broccoli and peas.
