Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Mix together the mustard and honey in a small bowl. Cut each frankfurter into 3 pieces, stir into the honey mixture to coat well. Tip onto a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve warm or cold.
- 3tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 4tbsp clear honey
