Preheat the oven to 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7.
Mix together the mustard and honey in a small bowl, add the frankfurters and stir to coat well. Tip onto a baking tray. Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Halve the tomatoes and toss with the salad, arrange on plates and top with the warm honey mustard minis.
Serve warm with the bread.
